Terms of Service

Claude Hub is an independent community platform where users can create, manage, and share Claude Code skills and workflows. It is not a product of, affiliated with, or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC.

By using Claude Hub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Claude Hub is a third-party community application that integrates with various AI providers, including Anthropic's API. This means:

- We are not Anthropic and have no affiliation with Anthropic, PBC.

- Anthropic does not operate, endorse, or take responsibility for Claude Hub.

- When workflows or skills on Claude Hub make calls to Anthropic's Claude API, those calls are subject to Anthropic's own Terms of Service and Usage Policies, which you must comply with independently.

- Any trademarks belonging to Anthropic (such as "Claude" or "Claude Code") are used solely for factual reference to the underlying product and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Claude Hub. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your account credentials secure.

- All activity that occurs under your account.

- Ensuring that the API keys you store on Claude Hub (including keys for Anthropic or other providers) are valid and belong to you.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use Claude Hub to:

- Violate any applicable law or regulation.

- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

- Generate, store, or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

- Interfere with the service's infrastructure or other users' access.

- Violate the usage policies of any AI provider whose API you access through Claude Hub.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of workflows and skills you create. By publishing content publicly on Claude Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content to other community members.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and its compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Claude Hub connects to third-party AI APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for:

- Complying with the terms of service of any AI provider you use (e.g., Anthropic's Usage Policy).

- Ensuring your use of AI-generated outputs is lawful and ethical.

- Any costs incurred on third-party platforms as a result of API calls made through your account.

We are not liable for the output, availability, or pricing of third-party AI services.

Claude Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using Claude Hub will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Claude Hub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
